Joan McAlpine: In the grey 70s David Bowie was just a paedophile

MOAN reflects on Joan McAlpine’s reflection on music legend and not so secret paedophile David Bowie. His predilection for groupie children should make everyone think again – particularly mothers with teenage daughters – Joan McAlpine excepted. Obviously:

"...thrilling splash of colour and danger." or predatory paedophile abusing his fame, position and power? Joan decides.

“…thrilling splash of colour and danger?” or predatory paedophile abusing his fame, position and power? Joan McAlpine MSP decides.

By Moan McVulpine Ground control to Major Joan

“Evil will triumph when good men do nothing” sermonised Joan McAlpine in her Daily Record column of 16th July 2014.

It was a roaster of a piece, full of hellfire and brimstone aimed straight at British establishment “corruption at its most base and evil form”.

Her withering contempt was aimed at the systemic covering up of child abuse by those in the higher echelons of power in Britain.

As diatribes go, it generated enough passion and heat to set fire to a soggy chip poke full of yesterday’s news.

Whether Joan actually believed it, or was just using it as a big Nationalist stick of moral indignation and self righteousness to beat Indy unbelievers over the head with, is a moot point. The subtext of her polemic was as transparently crude as the presentation of the subject matter – vote No and you’re voting for paedophiles.

Moan suspects Joan didn’t care – that it was written for effect – like most of her columns.

How else could you explain her eulogising of David Bowie as some kind of god of sexual emancipation for gay men when other, more threatening, skeletons were lurking in his closet?

Describing the moment when Bowie draped himself over Mick Ronson on Top of the Pops, Joan drooled: “I know lots of gay people whose lives were changed at that moment. A decade before, they would have got married and stayed in the closet. Now they had options.”

Really!

It may or may not have been true. For Joan it certainly was.

Moan wonders if Joan knows lots of paedophiles. Surely, by the same logic, Bowie provided “options” for them too when he deflowered 13 year old virgin groupie Lori Maddox and then proceeded to engage in a threesome with Lori and her 13 year old best friend Sable Starr in his Beverly Hilton Hotel suite.

Both girls were children. Bowie was a grown man abusing his fame, position and power. These antics were no secret in pop fan circles. Why didn’t Joan say anything – anything at all – about that “moment”?

After all, she admitted that with Bowie’s gay emancipation routine, “Bowie knew exactly what he was doing.”

Columnist Julie Burchill summed it up poignantly in the Spectator when she pondered: “under some circumstances, would you excuse, worship, deify a man who has knowingly had sex with children, if he had created music which you passionately believe made the world a better place? Or not?”

Joan appeared to answer that: “He was David Bowie. He was untouchable.”

Euurgh!

“Evil will triumph when good men do nothing” right enough.

Moan McVulpine: Stop mentioning ‘social justice’ as SNP exposed as exploitative predators

SNP DRONES have been warned against mentioning ‘social justice’ while Michelle Thomson’s business affairs are given the once over:

"..unrepentant criminals are not a good look for us." said a Women for Independence supporter before Tommy's first Hope over Fear rally. What's NEC member, Joan McAlpine's, excuse for her overt and proud support.

Proud to support convicted perjurers anywhere – Joan McAlpine and the Annan and Dumfries crowd at Tommy Sheridan’s Hope Over Fear, recently.

By Moan McVulpineproviding succour for charlatans everywhere

IT WAS compared to Hitler’s belief in the power of the ‘Big lie’. Michelle Thomson exposed it as a sick joke.

During the general election, SNP drone politicians were told to continually refer to the SNP’s commitment to ‘social justice’.

Apparently it plays to the Nationalist mindset lurking in everyone to feel morally superior to opposition groups such as the paedophilic warmongering traitorous anti-Scots Unionist parties.

SNP activists and politicos alike were encouraged to monotonously bang on about the party’s commitment to ‘social justice’ while ignoring the exploitative predatory antics of their own would be politicians.

The internet was aghast at the lack of basic checks by the Nationalist machine to root out unsavoury characters from representing the party and, by extension, Scotland.

Sadly, not too many were surprised. Convicted wife beater Bill Walker’s selection as a MSP set the benchmark. Michelle Thomson’s selection continued the tradition.

Someone asked if the SNP will still be able to refer to being the party of ‘social justice’ without people laughing in their face.

The simple answer is, I’m afraid not. Next!

Hard on Nationalists like to castigate their opponents as traitors to their country. Joan McAlpine in her recent Daily Redcoat rant delivered a hard core sermon about “imposition” of identity on the Scots by the evil British Brainwashing Corporation.

She invoked the paranoid conspiracy mentality of fringe nutcases like the Wings Over Scotland sect and Newsnet “crackpot” GA Ponsonby, by citing TV programmes such as the Great British bake off as examples of imposed cultural imperialism.

We’re still laughing our kilts off at that one. Padded cells and straitjackets come to mind.

But the essence of the ‘big lie’. The fundamentals of the Nationalists sick joke are no laughing matter.

McAlpine recently attended the Hope Over Fear rally – fronted by convicted perjurer Tommy Sheridan. Her attendance was apt and told its own story.

Joan effectively wrote the book ‘A Time to Rage’ which chronicled, what was then considered to be, Tommy’s heroic struggle against the forces of an oppressive state.

But, as was later revealed by Sheridan’s subsequent court cases, it was all a fabricated sham. A frontispiece of Tommy’s unbridled, ego driven, ambition to promote Tommy.

A hubristic messianic powerdrive, so to speak.

Tommy had only ever been about Tommy. His antics in court, and his motivation to protect his public reputation, demonstrated his ruthless willingness to turncoat and sell out his own principles, political convictions, friends, family, party and position.

Anyone with any ability to reason could see that. The evidence was all laid out in court by Tommy’s scorched earth policy of putting anyone who opposed him to the sword while burning all of his previous achievements.

The crash and burn strategy of the reckless unwavering arsonist.

McAlpine’s attendance at Tommy’s Hope Over Fear political vehicle can be taken as approval of such behaviour. It possibly explains her ability to see an imposed imperialism in the Great British bake off.

If I could shout in her tin ear – I would say, ‘we’re on to you’.

McAlpine’s the type, just like Tommy, who would rather everything ie Scotland, crashed and burned around her, in order to achieve her driving political ambition.

There’s no room for ‘social justice’ in that vision of her great wee country.

It speaks volumes about the Nationalist mindset.

Be afraid Scotland. Be very afraid.

Hope over Fear? Sturgeon over McAlpine? You decide!

PAUL HUTCHEON’S recent Sunday Herald exposé of Tommy Sheridan’s thuggish security personnel has unwittingly revealed further tensions within the SNP. In Hutcheon’s piece, Nicola Sturgeon unequivocally distanced her party from Tommy Sheridan’s Hope over Fear campaign. Yet, ex-First Ministerial aide, Joan McAlpine, openly supported the convicted perjurer’s self promoting vehicle held in “Freedom Square” last week. AhDinnaeKen investigates:

“..unrepentant criminals are not a good look for us.” said Women for Independence supporter Katie McGarvie before Tommy’s first Hope over Fear rally last year. What’s SNP NEC member, Joan McAlpine’s, excuse for her overt and proud support at last week’s undertaking?

By Longshanker aka @ergasiophobe

“TOMMY IS not somebody I would choose to campaign side by side with” proclaimed Nicola Sturgeon in an investigative story into the thuggish background of Tommy Sheridan’s Hope over Fear security chief, this week.

Her statement sends a clear message to the party faithful. As far as the SNP are concerned, unrepentant convicted perjurers and confirmed misogynists are out of bounds to the party hierarchy.

But not, so it seems, to political hybristophiliacs and ex-First Ministerial aides like Joan McAlpine MSP.

Joan and the “Annan and Dumfries crowd” attended the Hope over Fear rally last week to provide overt support and encouragement to one time ‘project partner’ and “mad shagger” Tommy Sheridan.

According to SNP insiders, the Nicola Sturgeon-Peter Murrell axis/marriage holds too much power concentrated in one place in the party.

The marriage of the two is viewed as a problem due to Sturgeon’s urge to centralise and Murrell’s power and ability to assist her in doing so – the duo hold a major dominating influence on the finances, personnel and strategy of the party.

McAlpine’s election to the National Executive Committee in December last year was viewed by many as a necessary counter balance to the combined power of the heavyweight pair.

Tensions bubbling under the surface seem likely to erupt some time soon given the recent revelations that Sturgeon held secret talks with INEOS in January this year – McAlpine has already caused ructions in the party over its Energy minister’s stance on industrial fracking.

McAlpine’s appearance at the Hope over Fear rally is seen as a source of irritation for a First Minister keen to present the party as a progressive party delivering social justice.

According to one senior party member, McAlpine’s open show of support for Sheridan will not readily be forgiven:

“Joan’s attendance is privately seen as a needless gaffe by many women in the SNP.” she said.

“Joan has already been a high profile source of public embarrassment on a number of occasions to the party, despite her popularity in certain quarters.

“Her presence at the Hope over Fear rally will be viewed by Nicola as an act of open defiance. Just how this will play out within the party remains to be seen. But it will not be forgiven or forgotten.”

Commentators and pundits alike think the party will struggle to contain the factional infighting currently threatening to break through into the public domain.

Watch this space.

Moan McVulpine: Scots won’t naively follow the SNP like puppies forever

DESPITE THE SNP’s current surge of popularity in the great wee region of Scotland, there has been little change to the basic Tartan Tory political stance which saw them herald in the mighty Margaret Thatcher in 1979:

Murdoch whores to the left of me, Murdoch whores to the right. Here I am, stuck in the middle with nobody.

Murdoch whores to the left of me, Murdoch whores to the right. Here I am, stuck in the middle with you.

By Moan McVulpine – ex-Murdoch whore hears her master’s voice

THERE HASN’T been much talk of Tartan Tories this past year or so. Labour took over the mantra of shadow Tories, or Red Tories, when they stood on the same platform with the Blue Tories during the Neverendum campaign.

It’s crowded the Tartan Tory moniker out.

Maybe Red Tory Labour should have been more circumspect with their Better Together campaigning. Gordon Broon wis.

But hey ho. Ever since Tony Blair took over and snuggled up to Rupert Murdoch in 1995, it was plain that the New Labour project was going to be Old Tory with a tempering of social conscience: until Iraq came along, at least.

Tony even phoned the Italian PM in 1998 to help further old Rupee’s media interests.

You wouldn’t catch a Nationalist leader prepared to lobby on behalf of Murdoch’s media interests, would you?

Er, haud on! Wasn’t that exactly what Salmond was prepared to do? As embarrassingly revealed by the Leveson inquiry.

And the real Tory trick with that, was that Salmond had signalled his intent to be Murdoch’s whore in secret; just like Margaret Thatcher’s secret deal in 1981 to assist Rupee’s takeover of the Times.

For the triumphalist Nationalists in the SNP who think they’ve finally wrested the party free of the Tartan Tory moniker – forget it.

The lips say ‘social justice’, the walk says the opposite.

Just like Thatcher, Sturgeon also held a secret meeting with Murdoch. In plain language, she deceived the sovereign will of the people of Scotland.

What other dirty little secrets does she have to hide?

Maybe we should ask INEOS.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the meeting with Murdoch that’s the bad thing. Pre-Levenson inquiry, Rupert Murdoch was one of the most powerful, influential and trusted businessmen in the world.

Even respectable Nationalists are quick to point out that Murdoch is one of Scotland’s biggest employers. And that’s fine. In business dealing terms, Murdoch was sound. In political terms, he’s a right wing reactionary warmongering nutjob.

It’s not politicians dealing with Murdoch that’s the issue. It’s the secrecy that rankles.

In the Scotland region we call clandestine meetings like that, ‘sleekit’.

And that word neatly sums up Thatcher, Blair, Salmond and Sturgeon – sleekit.

Sleekit to the core.

Murdoch’s scorched earth policy on journalistic principle – when the police were given free and open access to journalists contacts and sources – was a total betrayal of the fundamental principles and ethics of journalism.

It proved that Murdoch was no longer trustable in business terms.

He’s never been trustable in political terms – depending on your outlook of course – and that’s why politicians holding secret undeclared meetings with him must NEVER be trusted.

Labour’s new leader, Jeremy Corbyn, may be many things, but it would be fair to surmise that when it comes to toadying to Rupert Murdoch, he’s anything but sleekit.

And it’s telling that an ex-Murdoch moll like Joan McAlpine is joining in the monstering of Corbyn in her Daily Redcoat column. Joanie used to edit the Sunday Times Scotland.

It’s a well know fact that to be employed by the Times, the ‘cap had to fit’ in terms of Murdoch outlook. Joanie edited the Scottish section of the Times with aplomb.

So, for her to get up on the moral high horse about Corbyn meeting with Sinn Fein is, to one degree, fair enough.

But it ignores the fact that the SNP’s 79 group were also for meeting with Sinn Fein. The only thing that stopped the meeting going ahead was the fear of adverse publicity.

So, Murdoch’s Moll McAlpine, by monstering Corbyn, is still doing Murdoch’s dirty work for him by ignoring facts inconvenient to her narrative.

How ‘civic’. How ‘progressive’. How sleekit.

Moan McVulpine: SNP rhetoric is important but not half as important as actually delivering a fairer Scotland.

THE SNP may be ahead in the polls but the Fairer Scotland survey shows posturing is much more important to the party than actually delivering anything worthwhile:

"The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically." - Martin Luther King, Jr. There'll be none of that pish in our new Thicker Scotland said Constance yesterday.

“The function of education is to teach one to think intensively and to think critically.” – Martin Luther King, Jr. Hail to the functional failure of Scotland’s education thanks to the SNP.

By Moan McVulpineputting the rhetoric into rhetorical

WITH ALMOST two thirds of sovereign Scots set to vote for Saint Nicola of Sturgeon next year, the average voter could be forgiven for thinking the SNP had delivered a better Scotland over their eight year tenure.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

The 62 per cent backing for the SNP in yet another opinion poll makes you wonder if we haven’t lost our collective heads to faith, fallacy and fervor.

More than a worry given that Nationalists have such an embedded hold on the country.

As the abdicated King, Alex of Salmond, said: “If the parliament succeeds in running education and health then the natural conclusion that people will come to is that we should be running the economy and macro policy as well.”

Maybe we should – in fact I’m sure we could run our own affairs well. But, on the abdicated King’s own criteria, the natural conclusion is simple – the Nationalists shouldn’t be running a sweety shop, never mind the economy and macro policy.

The fundamental bedrock on which all education is served and successfully delivered is numeracy and literacy.

On that record the SNP have unequivocally failed the sovereign Scots. Their ‘Social Justice’ mantra is as empty as their gesture politics. Perhaps we should all wear a little white South African rose as a mark of our capitulation to Nationalistic empty promises.

It’s on education – our children’s hope for the future – that the SNP are found most wanting. Witness the shambles of the variance in pass marks for different secondaray school subjects: or try and explain their rampant anti-Englishness where the English are the only people in the whole of the European Union whom the SNP will not pay tuition fees for if they attend a Scottish university.

Or what about the axeing of 140,000 college places in order to maintain the integrity of some “rocks in the sun?”

As for the Social Justice mantra. Where was the social justice when Mike Russell robbed cohorts of the least well off college students in order to maintain middle class tuition fee subsidies?

Education IS the fundamental bedrock on which a society and a nation, should judge itself.

It represents the hopes and aspirations of our children and our children’s children.

Is it any surprise that neither the abdicated king or the current saint ruling our country in the name of ‘not enough powers’ should have no children of their own to care or worry about?

Their children are their party members. They have no real conception of what it’s like to care and worry over the future direction of their own flesh and blood’s life.

Like Kirsty, the SNP’s hypothetical poor little IndyRef Scots girl, the idea of having her very own child is an abstract concept to Saint Nicola of Sturgeon.

And that’s why her political children by proxy are herded like cats and gagged like petulant teenagers. ‘Mummy’ Sturgeon and ‘Daddy’ Salmond know best.

According to blogging victim and Daily Redcoat whiner, Joan McAlpine, “One of the great successes of the SNP in government is giving Scotland its pride back.”

Unlike the Nationalists, the idea of pride in the nation is an abstract concept in the face of almost wholesale failure in education.

Joan paid for her kids education at private school. So she’s hardly one to talk about pride when it comes to the education of her own children.

They say actions speak louder than words.

Judge the SNP by their actions and not by their rhetoric and, like Joanie’s pride in Scotland, it will be found wanting.

Moan McVulpine: SNP abandonment of core principles sends a clear message

MOAN says the Scottish Nationalist Party are so willing to abandon core principles in order to point score that nobody knows what they actually stand for – other than the obvious.

Testing

By Moan McVulpinehip hip, hypocrisy

SO, THE Nationalists have sold out their principles… again. By preparing to vote on the English only foxhunting bill at Westminster recently, they demonstrated that no one can trust a word they say.

Gesture politics over principle any day of the week. How cheap? How tawdry?

There are only so many principles you can ditch before you are left without a moral centre or a credible trustworthiness.

That sums up the Nationalists right now. They are prissy pathetic moralisers who don’t even stand up to the minimum of moral scrutiny themselves.

This latest about turn follows many others. Take their proposed privatisation of CalMac ferries. True to form, and yet another admission of their lack of principle, the Nationalists put the blame on Europe for having to tender the service.

Aye, right!

‘Independence within Europe’ doesn’t look so independent when you scrutinise the reasoning, or lack of reasoning, behind that pathetic excuse.

If the Nationalists really believed in “Stronger for Scotland” they would have sought out credible alternatives to leaving the ferry services as potential prey to a ‘questionable’ private operator like Serco.

Even the decomposing Labour party, when they were in power, inserted so many caveats, conditions and guarantees that only one operator tendered for the contract – guaranteeing services, jobs and working conditions. Unlike now.

As detractors, opponents and enemies of Nationalism are usually keen to point out, Nationalism only really works when there is a common enemy to vilify, ostracise and demonise.

For the Nationalists, somewhat bizarrely, that enemy is still the Labour Party: a mostly dead powerless party in Scotland and a dieing, powerless party in England.

Yet, as embarrassingly demonstrated by the Daily Record’s ginger whinger, Joan McAlpine, it’s still the Labour party the SNP whine and moan and ceaselessly whine about.

It’s the logical fallacy of ‘damning the alternatives’. So long as you’re focussing on how bad the other parties are – in the Nationalists case the Labour party – then nobody’s going to look too closely at how bad you are.

It’s been a winning fallacy and strategy for the Nationalists for the past eight years, but how long can they keep it going?

No doubt, it’s going to last well into the next SNP majority parliament after the Big Parish Cooncil elections next May.

Eventually, however, the sovereign will of the people of Scotland will wake up to the reality behind the Nationalists gesture politics.

Like Mhairi Black MP’s lie – cited by her as a fully researched “fact” in her parliamentary maiden speech – that William Wallace was born in her constituency in Elderslie, the assertion that the SNP have provided a ‘competent’ administration in Scotland is also a lie.

No one could possibly believe that a significant drop in literacy rates, for example, under the SNP’s watch is competent, yet the Nationalists continue to get away with it.

They’ve sold out our kids – in more ways than one – and still continue to claim the moral high ground. You can only do that so many times before the team, and perhaps more importantly its supporters, gives up and goes home.

Moan McVulpine: “Vermin” to be dealt with appropriately in Nationalist Scotland

MOAN shares Willie Rennie’s disgust that ID cards by the back door shows the Nationalist’s true contempt for democracy.

One Party State: That's the way to do it. said Joan, yesterday.

ID Cards and super database will keep the “vermin” in check say the Nationalists.

By Moan McVulpineKeeping her eye on the enemies of the Scottish state

ENGLISH VOTES for English laws sounds perfectly reasonable on the surface – the SNP have been playing gesture politics around it for years.

But there’s the rub. Now that SNP votes could actually make a difference at Westminster, they want to interfere in English affairs where previously they abstained.

Like the South African imported English roses pretending to be Scottish Little White Roses, it’s all a gesture politics sham geared toward vilifying the English – or Westminster as the code word is now known.

Meanwhile, while the Tories show the SNP the best way to break up the Union with minimal effort, the embedded Nationalists at Holyrood are preparing the ground for ‘administrative efficiency’ in Scotland.

Hiding under the cover of Tory political atrocities at Westminster, the Nationalist government are preparing the ground for ID cards by stealth at home.

Highlighted by Lib-Dem leader Willie Rennie at Holyrood, and condemned by the Information Commissioner, the Nationalist plans for ID cards by the back door paves the way for all Scots citizens to be profiled and categorised by an increasingly intrusive Nationalist government.

Around 120 organisations databases will effectively be centralised and all the information held within will help the Nationalists build a highly detailed profile of all of ‘their’ citizens.

Under any government this type of centralised database is a dangerous attack on civil liberties and should be resisted at all costs. Even the wicked Tories put a stop to New Labour’s authoritarian ID card plans in 2010.

Under the Nationalists, you can be sure the database will be used and abused by those apparatchiks wishing to deal with perceived threats to unspecified Nationalist interests.

Nationalist parliamentary drones recently voted against a motion lodged by Willie Rennie to have the ID card proposals put forward as primary legislation and openly debated in parliament.

But, in tune with their Mistress’s voice, SNP drones opted to keep it as an amendment to regulations on the National Health Service Central Register from 2006. This means it won’t even require a parliamentary vote to be enacted.

So, in more than a passing parallel to the wicked Tories undemocratic plan to push EVEL through by mere amendments to Standing Orders rather than primary legislation, the Nationalists are doing a similar thing with their super database and ID cards by stealth.

Both moves are profoundly undemocratic and both moves are to the detriment of the citizens of Scotland – so much for Nationalist lip service to the “sovereign will” of the Scottish people.

So, while big ‘N’ Nationalists like Joan McAlpine whip themselves into a frothing frenzy regarding the lack of democracy demonstrated by the “ermine vermin” in the House of Lords, maybe, just maybe, these zealous radicalised fundamentalists should take a look at themselves.

Make no mistake, Joanie’s use of the toxically emotive word “vermin” to describe those she perceives as enemies isn’t just reserved for those in the House of Lords.

It’s reserved for everyone she and her type view as opposing their vision of a new Scotland.

The super database and ID cards by stealth, will ensure that Joanie and her ilk will be able to identify you, profile you and deal with you in a way they feel is appropriate.

And that’s the antithesis of democracy.

Be afraid, be very afraid.
