McCarthyism raised its ugly head in the American senate recently. Here’s Moanie with her parochialised Parish Cooncil pish version.
DID YOU see that hot air blast at Firstminster’s Questions last week?
A leader of the Scottish Nationalist Party quipped: “We will conduct our debate for an Independent Scotland in a positive manner.
“I wonder if the Bitter Together campaign of Labour and the Tories can match that commitment.”
Does irony exist in the la la land of the Nationalists?
Still, it’s good to see where the CyberNats get their civic progressiveness and inclusiveness from – King CyberNationalist himself, Tricky Dicky Salmond.
His vacuous drone MSPs fell aboot laffin and applauded. Derek MacOchaye nearly pished hissel’.
Can you imagine the outcry if a Tory Tory or a Labour Tory said the same aboot the Indy crusade? They’d be called Tory hypocrites!
By raising the incident in this column, I will be told I lack a sense of humour or irony.
And that is absolutely correct. Nationalists don’t do humour or irony. Life is much too serious for either of those kind of fripperies.
If we get oor way with Independence, the anti-Scots element within will see just how serious we can get. Take that anyway ye’s want. They know who they ur. And so do we.
One last thing. Independence is not something we can win fairly. It’s why we’re trying every petty little trick in the book. Ask the Electoral Commissioner if you don’t know what I mean.
